Some Roads Lead to Bliss

As I promised in an earlier post, a reader of YouWanttoBeRich will win something during YTBR’s anniversary month.

That something is a day of pampering.

I confess. Ever since I was old enough to get a manicure and a pedicure, or go to the spa, that would be one of the highlights of my day, week, month. That it reinvigorates and makes a whole new you – those “promises” are true. Well, okay, at least for me. Even veteran actor Dolphy is said to get a massage everyday and that is one of the secrets of his longevity.

What’s not to love? Even babies seek human touch and thrive because of it. When I stroke hubby’s hair or rub his back, or give my daughter a foot spa (which I have not done in ages – sorry my baby), they keel over and let the sensations take over.

The winner will get a gift certificate for a massage at The Spa (courtesy of my brother – thank you!) and a gift certificate for a facial at VMV Hypoallergenics.

The contest will run from today until midnight of June 25, 2010. I will be announcing the winner in an article to be published on June 26, 2010. I will also be emailing the winner privately so I can send her or him the gift certificates.

And oh, the winner will be chosen via random.org, a service built and operated by Mads Haahr of the School of Computer Science and Statistics at Trinity College, Dublin in Ireland (I have been wanting to use random.org and now I can – cool!).

This contest is for Philippine residents only. Next month, I will be launching another contest for all the readers of YTBR, even the ones based abroad.

To celebrate this anniversary, I also updated my About page so you can put a face to the name.
